Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at clitstitsandotherbits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When reporting an issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Printful Fulfilment

Some products may be produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clitstitsandotherbits@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • items that have been used after delivery

  • sale items

  • gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before returning your order.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new purchase once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To qualify for this return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
