CTOB Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Clits, Tits & Other Bits (CTOB), we want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. Please read the following policy, which covers both our card game (shipped by us) and Printful merchandise (fulfilled on-demand).

1. Shipping Policy (CTOB Card Game)

Shipping Method

All CTOB card games are shipped directly by us using Royal Mail.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Time

UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

2. Returns & Refunds (CTOB Card Game)

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The card game is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return is not due to customer damage.

Opened card games cannot be returned for hygiene and intellectual property reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your card game arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

3. Printful Merchandise Policy (Print-on-Demand Items)

Printful products (such as clothing, totes, or posters) are made to order, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue with the order.

Printful will replace items only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is misprinted

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • The order is lost in transit

If any of these issues occur, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation

We will submit a claim to Printful on your behalf.

Non-returnable Printful items

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Custom items

4. Cancellations

  • CTOB Card Game: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Printful Products: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
