2. Products

We sell two types of products:

a) CTOB Card Game (Shipped by Us)

Shipped using Royal Mail
You will receive a tracking number when dispatched
Product colours and designs may vary slightly due to screen differences

b) Printful Products (Print-on-Demand Merchandise)

Produced and shipped by Printful
Made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty
Printful’s fulfilment times may vary

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
All information provided is accurate and complete
You are authorised to use your selected payment method

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping

CTOB Card Game

Shipped within the UK using Royal Mail
Tracking number provided via email once dispatched
Delivery times: 2–5 working days (UK)
International delivery times vary

Printful Products

Fulfilled and shipped separately from Printful
May arrive in different packages to the card game
Shipping times vary by location

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns depend on the product category:

a) CTOB Card Game

Returns accepted within 14 days if unopened and in original condition
Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns
Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours
Refunds processed within 5–10 working days

b) Printful Merchandise

Printful items cannot be returned unless:

Damaged
Misprinted
Incorrect item shipped
Lost in transit

Issues must be reported within 7 days with photos.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and branding—is the property of CTOB and protected by copyright law.
